They suck

I placed my order the Saturday for delivery on monday for my moms birthday than i get a mail saying service delivery delay and it will be delivered the next day it now been 4; day's later no delivery i have cancelled the order their response is poor and sad thing is i use to use them a lot but not again i have requested a refund but problem now is i had to cancel my card yesterday because of security issues so how will they go about giving my money back witch would not have been an issue if they did what they were sepose to in the first place
