THEY MUST FEEL ASHAMED AND DON'T EVEN DESERVE A 1 RATING!

I don't even want to give them a one as they don't deserve it!! I ordered a Mini Orchid for my dear friend and I don't know what is it that she received, but it is NOT an orchid and my friend loves it. The plant or whatever they have send does not have the same meaning. My friend also did not know from who it was as the so called free card was not attached with my special message. They are suppose to make any occasion special, why advertise that you do if you just do the opposite??? Why are they still in business? WARNING!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN PEOPLE, they are daylight ******s and don't deliver at times they promise and also not the quality or product you pay for! Disgusting.
