They don't deliver or respond

<p>responding placed an order part week Monday for deliver that Friday. I get an email on the Thursday saying sorry can't deliver on Friday!!! So they ask if they can deliver on the Monday I say no. No response if I get a refund. I then call no answer then email to say part deliver the next Monday - a response dating they have refunded me. They haven't - I ask please deliver - no response and still no answer to their phones!!!! 100% guarentee and deliver 7 days a week more like 0% guarentee and deliver when we feel like it! Awful terrible - will never use them again after using them for years </p>
