They are not worth your money . USELESS

<p>Good day ,</p> <p>I ordered an Orchid from your company on the 15th of December , it was called the exotic orchid in Pottery vase . My grandmother said she received it with leaves cut , as shown in the picture below. When I got home that night( of the 15th of December ) I said to my grandmother should I phone and ask your company to replace it and she said no because maybe it was just a damaged leaf and she wants to keep it . However , over the last month another leaf is dying - as shown below . This is some kind of virus . My grandmother has been doing orchids for over 30 years and has 9 other orchids currently.</p> <p>She is extremely upset because this virus could spread to get orchids and **** them as well . Normally , I would just be upset because of the amount I paid for it from your company , however each of my grandmother's orchid cost a minimum of R200 or more . In previous emails , you assured me that the orchid would be in excellent condition when it arrived here and it was not.</p> <p>I would like you to contact my grandmother today or Monday latest on ### ### #### , so that something can be done to rectify this situation . </p>
