They are not a same day delivery company

I have placed an order just after 9am on Sunday morning for same day delivery and i have heard nothing from Netflorist ever since! They did not pitch, they did not even bother to call me to say they won't deliver. Their service is pathetic. When i contacted them today (Monday), they give me different answers to the same query. they just make up excuses to get rid of you. I will never make use of this service again.
