their mottos are as much a lie as a politician's promises

Years ago i made use of this deplorable business and my gift was delivered 3 days later to recipient despite boasting about same day delivery. No apology was given nor anything given to compensate for poor service. So this week i decided to try them again hoping they improved. I placed my order and paid,only to receive a message the following day saying they out of stock. I mailed and said i wanted a refund and i will do business ELSEWHERE. The fact that a consultant asked me if i wanted my refund back into my bank account or into my profile spoke volumes. Doing business elsewhere means NOT WANTING TO DEAL WITH NETFLORIST!!!!! EVER!!! Just one last thing,this business are *******. This is proven by them charging delivery fees for every item even though it's delivered to the same address.
