The Worst Service Provider in SA!!!!

I can’t believe the utter pathetic service delivered by Netflorist. Thats ironic though and one half of my order paid for immediately was just never delivered. I have emailed, I have phoned like many other people I see have posted here. Now I have to resort to doing going online and making a this a thing!!!!

My order was in two parts - one gift going to Midrand, the other to Cape Town.

So gift one to Midrand only arrived at 6.30pm?? 6.30pm?!?!? Nobody is at the office at that time?!?!? Helllooo??? Nevertheless the flowers were left with security, when my mother got them the next day they were practically dead... I actually wish that I had sent nothing because nothinh would have better than what she received ???

As for gift two I’m still waiting to receive.. its the 16th... two full days after the 14th and this gift still hasn’t arrived. My husband is convinced I didn’t get him jack **** for Valentines day - cause according to Netflorist’s automatic emails it was delivered to a mystery person? There is no one - not even security guards at our offices after 5? So did the delivery guy just decide to pick a random person off the street to give my expensive gift to?!?!?!? How the hell is that even okay with you guys?!? So someone somewhere got a frikken overpriced gift for Valentines Day at my expense.

Not the hell!! I want answers Netflorist. This is unacceptable!!! This happened a few years ago as well and I truly thought in the span of 3 years your service would somehow have gotten better - and that wasn’t even a special holiday it was just a birthday!!!
