The worst service ever!!! they don't deliver your order, don't pick up your calls and don't respond to your emails!!

I have placed and order 7 days in advance on the 7th of February 2019 for the order to be delivered on the 14th February 2019.

When i track my order it says Out for delivery, it is now 14th FEB time - 5PM and the order has not been delivered yet, tried to call their call centre and they do no pick up at all, sent an email and had no response at all

This was my first time placing an order with them and it will definitely be last.

Poor service, very disappointing.
