The WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

The service from Netflorist is absolute nonsense. I made an order to be delivered yesterday and they still haven't delivered! Firstly, they called the recipient (of which it was a surprise) to confirm the address and not me the sender. And secondly, getting through to a consultant was such a mission. What's worse is that their drivers are not punctual. I was told that the delivery would have been made by 1pm today, of which it wasn't. And after calling again, they told me that they were 2min away from the reciever of which was LIES! Now the reciever has to communicate and meet with the driver at a garage to recieve her SURPRISE delivery, which is absolutely unacceptable!

A friend recommended Netflorist as one of the best but after the ****py service I received, I will NEVER EVER use their service again!!! And I would NEVER recommended them! I am so disappointed
