The Worst Service

I received visa vouchers when I changed bank accounts, and one of them was a voucher for a free vase and delivery. I then went on the website to order vouchers, and was told to use the visa website. I then continued on my phone and entered the correct url address. I ordered the flowers and used my voucher, which cancelled my delivery. When flowers arrived, it came without a vase. I then called the call center where the lady informed me that because i used the incorrect site, there's nothing she can do, and i will not be receiving my vase. Firstly I think this is unacceptable!!! as I know which site i entered on my phone, and secondly to accept the voucher for the free delivery, but not to receive my vase. If this is the way net florist does business, then I will no longer want to use them, as I feel their service is unacceptable and disappointing. And they look for any loop hole not to honor their policy.
