The worst online store ever!

The worst online website of all time!! Late deliveries, paying for items and not receiving it or getting a substitute item without any warning and most of all their website is not specific! They tend to hide behind their codes and do not make their descriptions as simple as possible having being an online store. When you call the consultants, they want to blame you as a customer on all 3 bad occasions when I ordered from them, as the fault NEVER lies with them. So far, 4 BAD reviews in 1 day - just shows how pathetic they are!
