The WORST! Never use Netflorist!

ABSOLUTE TRASH SERVICE!!!!!

I ordered flowers for my wife, and was assured that they would be delivered to her office within the business day. I called the call centre FIVE times during the course of the day- holding for 3minutes or more for the call to be answered each time.

Then they have the gall to tell me that I will not receive a full refund as they have to charge 'handling fees'.

This has been a terrible experience.
