The worst ever encounter i have ever experienced. So disgusted

After 2 weeks of fighting with netflorist about an order that they could not deliver, still have not delivered or refunded, i am still waiting for some sort of feedback as to what the issue is and what is taking so long. The worst ever experience i have ever encountered
