The worst delivery experience ever by Netflorist!

The worst delivery experience ever, and when you want to cancel they want to charge you 50% of your order amount! Their agents give you conflicting information and don't even understand what they are being told or asked. When you eventually give in and agree to the 50% charge, they still go ahead and "force" deliver the gift and now one has to go through the admin of calling the delivery guy to collect the gift before they process the refund! Why did they not just stop the delivery? Beats me!
