The worst and shocking service ever!!!!

The worst service I have ever received and will never do business with them again. an order that was placed on the 07th of February, it is now the 25th and no one to tell me what is happening even now. Calls answered by difference consultants every time and promise to get back to you but nothing whatsoever. I have been asking about my refund and yet nothing. I'm actually disgusted as I cannot even get through to a team leader let alone a manager!!!!
