The top point of false advertising

I cant believe this company - my birthday was the 21st and had a gift delivered to me on the 22nd as a courtesy for not being able to deliver on the correct gift due to a machine that is not working.

it is now the 31st and still I have not received this delivery after it was promised yesterday already.
