The results of not going through reviews

Not only was my ordered personalized gift late with 4 full days, when it finally arrived it was totally wrong. From ordering a personalized gown to receiving a lousy package including nut, dry word, biltong and chocolate. And all I kept getting was we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Very disappointing Netflorist.
