The nightmare continues delivery has not happened

<p>Following up 60 hours later my delivery still has not been done !!!!</p> <p>pathetic service levels and non existent customer centricity . </p> <p>Inadequate deliverables </p> <p>shortcomings all round </p> <p>a nightmare ....... So sad that net florist was instrumental by turning intended joy into frustration and sadness</p> <p>thank u net florist for bringing misery to customers although all payments are done .....</p> <p>worst experience ever ......</p>
