THE LEVEL OF SERVICE IS PATHETIC
INCOMPETENCE AND RUDE!!!!!

13 Apr 2021, 10:44on the 12th I placed an order for daughter's birthday and I was advised that the order will be delivered same day. Then around 15:50 I received a call from a lady by the name of Bongi who advised that they wont be able to deliver my order on the 12th, I told her that I was assured that it will be delivered same today, she then said I must hold as she is getting further assistance, the annoying part is that I could hear her relating my story to her colleague and making a joke about this query. She then came back and said someone will come back.
At 16:15 I received another call from Jordan stating that they wont be able to deliver my order today due to the area , I then requested full refund and she said yes.
Surprisingly today I receive a call from advising that my order is on a way. I then told him the order was cancelled yesterday. He then said nothing was updated for cancellation.
I then called again and spoke to Mpho was arrogant and told me all the managers are in a meeting and they don't have email addresses and refused to give me her surname, but will log a cancellation on my behalf. Then few minutes later I get an email stating that 15% will be deducted from my refund.
I fail to understand why should I be penalized the 15% if it was your mistake.
1. After placing an order, I called the call Centre and I was assured that I will get my order same day.
2. When Jordan phoned me yesterday advising they wont be able to deliver my order, she never mentioned the 15% penalty.
3. 3rdly I have all the call recordings but no one seems to care to listen
I really need to speak to someone senior as i am not willing to accept the 15% penalty . This is very poor customer service.
