I have seen the MD of this company publicly joke about how he deceived customers when this company launched years ago. A pretend 7 second hourglass when they were not even processing the order, as they did not really have a range to choose from. This is what the company is built on, so its Valentines day fiasco makes sense. My fault for falling for the same tricks despite knowing this, a leopard doesn't change its spots.
