The incompetence is astounding!!!

The most *********** company I have ever had to deal with. No Refund. No delivery. Took my money and had no stock. 2 days dealing with them to try and get the order. Still haven't received any feedback or refund! If they cant handle the pressure of getting things to people on time or even at all then they should not be operating. And so unhelpful over the phone and nobody knows what is going on!!
