1 star is too much, if there were negative stars, more suited to this useless organisation which is more likely to be a circus. Couldn’t keep to the delivery date, asked to cancel and refund but they want to charge 15% handling fee and the delivery fee! Outrageous seeing as it’s their fault… no accountability, no ethics… this business will fail soon. Flowers look like they’re about to die.. wasted a lot of money and was left without a valentine bouquet
