Thanx for a surprise turning into a nightmare

IM FURIOUS I need someone to phone me ASAP, in my whole 28 years of living I've never seen something like this, I placed an order last week Wednesday and I'm still waiting!!!!!! This was supposed to be a surprise, now all of a sudden your driver just decides that he got the wrong address, no phone call to find out where the delivery needs to be made, so he just go back to the office because his map book doesn't have the street on it!!! Eventually I had to change the address to my office, so I can get my stuff and still no sign of NetFloris. THIS IS PATHETIC!!!!!
