Thanks to Netflorist - Mothers Day Ruined.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER WITH THEM AGAIN!!! WAIST OF MONEY!!

I made two orders to be delivered on Mothers Day (10 May 2020) one in JHB and one in KZN - these orders were made on the 30th April 2020. Very happy with my selections and ability to personalise these items for my mother in-law and grandmother I went ahead and purchased the items and set delivery for 10 May. I then received an email saying that they have not received the personalisation details on Thursday 7th May 2020 - even though on the invoices generated and emailed by Netflorist - it shows the personalisation details I had entered in. Never the less I rep**** to the emails and even called the Netflorist team to ensure that have everything sorted. I then was told on Saturday (09 May 2020) that they will both be delivered on the 10th May 2020 for Mothers day to their respective recipients. On Saturday afternoon at 15:00pm I see an email telling me that there was a manufacturing issue on their side and the won't be able to deliver my KZN gift on Mothers day and will only be able to deliver on Tuesday next week would I still like this delivered?

VERY UPSET - but I still want my Gran to get that Mothers day gift so I reply to still allow them to deliver this gift on Tuesday rather then a refund. Still thinking everything is okay for my mother in laws gift - I log on on Mothers Day morning to check that status of the delivery and nothing shows up. I send a message to the online chat assist who advises me that the chopping board is out of stock, the order is on hold and won't be delivered today and who will not reply to my messages online after advising him that I had been speaking to two people yesterday who ADVISED ME that they will definitely deliver on Mothers Day????

THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! I am SO DISAPPOINTED with Netflorist. I have done everything from my side to ensure that I did this with enough time to get these delivered for Mothers Day and now I still don't know when my JHB gift will even be delivered!!

NEVER WAISTING MY MONEY HERE AGAIN!!
