First time i used netflorist and was not sure of how it worked and also not sure what the hamper actually entitled. Nico assisted in finding out about the hamper, got back to me and assisted very patiently in running through my purchase. Thanks for going the extra mile - this is not something finds in a call centre environment at all. Thanks for taking the time and having the patience to assist.
