Thanks for making Valentine's day 2019 the worst yet!!!!

Placed my order day's in advance hoping to impress my wife. Netflorist did not only NOT deliver the special gift on Valentines almost costing me a divorce by being nonchalant about the day and hoping to surprise her. Well, big surprise because the special gift was not forthcoming!!!! Netflorist then do not answer any of their telephone numbers or reply to emails and the chat function on the website is disabled. Way to go to owning up for your mistake by hiding away!!!! Very UNHAPPY!!!!!
