I placed an order with netflorist and did not change the delivery date to the 12th. The call centre advised they could not help. However I sent an email to customer service and zainab responded and actually stopped the delivery from going out today so now my mum I law will be surprised on her birthday when she gets her delivery. Thank you now that my faith is restored in netflorist I will continue to use your services.
