Thank you for ruining a special day. Pathetic doesn't even begin to describe you

I wish I had read reviews from this useless SP b4 I bothered.. I always use Take a lot, not once did I ever have to follow up on an order. Placed order on Nov 12th, 2 items plus a greeting card, everytime I went to track my order it said manufacturing, until I called the 16th of Nov as the items were to be delivered the 17th Nov, and I was told if there was going to be any problems, they would've let me know. Around 11AM, I get an email that 1 of the items is on the way.. but how????.. why select the same delivery date, for the same address to be delivered on different dates??.. it's now 16:58 PM, and still no delivery. I am so ****en angry if I knew where these people's offices were they would get me first thing in the morning. You are quick to take our payments, but cannot deliver

You are ****en useless and I will never use your services again, I'd rather hand deliver. This is ridiculous .. can you imagine?, I'm out of town and my boyfriend's probably thinking I didn't get him anything. This sucks I hate you for ruining what was a special day
