After having a bad experience with Netflorist a while back , I decided to give them another chance , I ordered flowers on the 12th of February to be delivered in the 14th of February 2019 - I could also only select certain options that would be delivered on the 14th . So I selected my option and I still received a confirmation to say that It will be delivered today - the 14th of February 2019 - It is now 18:05 and still no delivery . This is very disappointing - as this is exactly what happen last time as well . I tried to call you the one number does not work and the other one just rings . You guys charged a big amount for flowers and delivery, so one would expect that the delivery would be on time for that amount. I will not make use of your service ever again.
