Thank you for FUC%$;G up valentines day

I placed a sizable order on the 8th of February and requested delivery on the 14th It's now 11.13 PM and it has still not been delivered. The one call centre no of yours is just not available . On the other number if the smooches idiot asks me one more time if I am still.there and to hold on I will have a coronary. I logged an email request for information on my delivery and still.no response. This is the most frustrating experience of.my life. I wish someone would answer your phone so I can tell them to shove the valentines items I purchased where the sun dont shine. I now just want my money back because getting a valentines gift on any other day just isn't the same. This was the first time in 28 years that my wife dis not receive so.ething from me on valentines day. You are ***ards and it's disgusting that you cannot answer your phones or even simple mail requests. SMOOCHES MY **** !!!!!!WHAT A ****$*$UP!!!!
