Terrible!!!!!!Worst Service Ever!

My delivery was missed yesterday, I called in to find out what happened and I was told I gave the wrong address. I just checked google maps and I gave the correct address....their courier service cannot follow directions. @William in customer care avoids my calls and they refuse to put me through to a manager(What's the point?). They called my recipient(Whos birthday was yesterday) and confirmed to deliver today. Only after I called did they inform me delivery will take place tomorrow(2 days after the receivers bday). I would not recommend their service to anyone. After sales is even worse, I don't see the point in customer care.
