Terrible website and service

Really disappointing service from Netflorist. I tried purchasing a cake for 2 days straight but the site always crashed right as payment was being processed. i've called three times and have been offered online assistance but the same outcome occurred.

The cake is now unavailable purchase on my chosen date (tomorrow the 9th of march) but the site will not allow me to remove it from my basket unless I clear my whole browser history.

the site is terrible and I wish I never engaged with Netflorist as it just ended up in wasted time, airtime and unnecessary frustration

Terrible company, would not recommend
