TERRIBLE!!! VERY LATE, INCOMPLETE AND EMPTY CARD!

I Totally agree with another review, they don't deserve ONE star! Shocking! Ordered 8 days prior to delivery date. Order was 6 days late! Incomplete and with an EMPTY CARD - NO MESSAGE! Only half of the order was delivered!!!! I was so embarrassed, because this really looked so stupid!!! Imagine getting the gift almost a week later and getting an empty card. I called several times, sent messages and e-mail messages. I will NEVER use them again!
