TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They do not deliver on time. Ordered 13 parcels to be delivered on Monday 12th Oct was promised by the call center when following up that it will be done. Guess what - it was never done. I called on the 13th at 08:00 was promised that it will be delivered before 09:00 - Guess what - it was never done!!! When i called again on the 13th at 10:27 I was told by the call center agent that 2 of the parcels are still being packaged. (This after i had to hold for 20 minutes) I requested to speak to a manager and was told it is not possible. Why not! Let's see if they show any interest to actually call me back. Do not use Netflorist as they are NOT RELIABLE!!!
