Terrible service won’t use them in a hurry again

I ordered an an anniversary gift on Thursday night for my wife to be delivered on Friday. It was confirmed. Friday was the anniversary. You delivery guy dropped it off today. He said it was not his fault since we he Came last night at 730pm the security to the boom wouldn’t let him through. My security guy was right. Who drops off a delivery at 7:30pm?? I won’t accept something that late at night. My wife was ****ed off. This is is bad service.
