TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH SECOND HAND GIFTS USED

Will never order from Netflorist again! Their service is appalling. Still waiting for a gift to get delivered to a friend who lost her mom. Ordered this on Wednesday last week. Netflorist didn't deliver the correct items, one of items looked as though it came from a 2nd hand shop, and was scratched. I won't recommend Netflorist to anyone!
