TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH INCORRECT DELIVERY

I called to order a gift, I asked about the colour mug specifically as it was going to a male, I was assured that the colour would be appropriate. the gift arrived with a pink mug. I called to complain and Lindiwe said the courier would collect the incorrect mug and deliver the correct mug. the courier very quickly collected the incorrect mug but no delivery of correct mug was made. I emailed Lindiwe but got no response, I then called and left a message for her with no response again. I then called to and said I wanted to speak to a Manager and was told the Manager was busy but would call me back and once again no response. I have paid for the gift and not only that it is embarrassing for me as the person does not have the gift.
