Terrible service, terrible product. Loving gesture ruined by uncaring people.

Terrible service, terrible product. The flowers arrived after the recipient left the office. This was perhaps for the best as the flowers looked sad and pathetic. NetFlorist staff were altogether unhelpful and only communicate in generic responses: "We're sorry you're not totally satisfied." They even quote their Ts & Cs in some "we're not in breach of our agreement" responses. Vowed not to use them again after a similarly poor experience five years ago. Vow renewed: DO NOT order from NetFlorist unless you want your day ruined.
