Terrible service + Poor Service consultants + Horrible after sales service

<p>This is the second time ive recieved the wrost service from this company dishing out false promises.</p> <p>I was held on hold day a few times for +-10 min each using all my money to find out wheres a delivery that I paid for. My item was stil not delievered and its now 5:30 pm, i had ordered floweres for my fiances birthday and personalised choclates.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 1pm i called to enquire and was told also the driver doesnt answer his ohone and cannot say what time the delivery will take place.</p> <p> </p> <p>The flowers were delivered at 16:40 only and than the second item was not delieverd , however they sent a confirmation email saying both items were delivered which was a lie.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to call my self and spend over 30min of airtime during the course of the day waiting for consultants that could provide me with no answers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now what happens to my delivery that i paid for ????</p> <p> </p> <p>This is also the second time i have had this incident with netflorist.</p> <p> </p> <p>The exact same thing happened for valentines day</p> <p> </p> <p>Prior to this my fiance informed me that other flowers she had recieved from netflorist that i ordered were also not up to standard and seemed to be oldish/frill. Really dissapointed.</p> <p> </p> <p>also i sent a complaint email to their address listed and i had not even recieved a reply or an apology and this was done in february !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>why do we have false advertising , poor customer service and poor after sales service after you had taken the money.</p> <p> </p> <p>there is no communication recieved to keep you updated at all in instances such as these.</p> <p> </p> <p>in the future i would rather opt to use a local florist who shows apprciaition to a customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I strongly wish that this company improves on all these griviences and that no body has high expectations of them because you may just be disspointed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you ......</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
