Terrible service on Valentines Day

Terrible service from NetFlorist, not only did they deliver to the incorrect address, left my package with the incorrect security personnel at the incorrect address but they also could not help me when I called their call center trying to track my package. A lady by the name of Ayanda kept assuring that they delivered to the right address. Whilst they had delivered to the incorrect address. I had to physically go collect the package at the incorrect address. What a spoil to my Valentine’s Day and the gift I had planned for wife.
