Terrible service!!!! no delivery at all

Was suppose to deliver on the 2nd as paid for, never happened. confirmed delivery on 23rd via sms but this never happened either. Struggled for 2 days to get reply on email complaint. had to phone them and spend another 15min on the phone . . still not resolved.
