Terrible Service: No Contact, No Delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. My orders:

Were scheduled for delivery on the 4th of December 2025, then moved to the 5th when I followed up, and have now been pushed to the 11th without a single update, explanation, or attempt to contact me or the recipient.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I requested immediate proof of delivery attempts and clear confirmation of the current status of my orders. The proof I received was only one attempt on the 4th.

Following my urgent complaint this morning, instead of scheduling for immediate delivery "today" they gave me 📍 Delivery Scheduled: 2025-12-05 no sense of urgency whatsoever.

Customers should not have to chase for basic communication.
