Terrible service, no communication, no delivery, but will take your cash

Utterly useless, failed delivery for the 2nd time in a row.

This is the second time I have placed in order with days in advance, only for the order to not be delivered, and no contact with me is made. Then when I have to phone to find out what is going on, only THEN am I told that the item was out of stock, and that I should have been contacted to make a plan. Of course none of these mythical emails have ever come to me, and they have already taken my money, so it's way too late to now make another plan. My husband did not get his father's day gift because of this, and I am still waiting for my refund to buy him another gift. I am never using Netflorist again, terrible communication, no service, but happy to take money.
