Terrible service - missed deliveries (3times) & horrible customer service experiences

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service I have received from Netflorist and the constant poor excuses. The customer service agents are also extremely arrogant when I called to complain!

Three orders now to the same address has been delivered late. The most recent one I was told that I didn't give the correct details even though I used THEIR address book system and they've never had an issue with finding that address before just getting there on time!

I strongly recommend that people avoid Netflorist because having missed two big birthdays and now mother's day is REALLY unacceptable, that is their business model after all is it not!

I would recommend using https://www.bloomable.co.za/, https://www.inmotionflowers.co.za/ or https://www.flowers.co.za/ instead. They are def. more reliable!
