Terrible Service & Incomplete delivery

I ordered flowers and chocolates which were on special advertised. I paid for the order as stated. Only the flowers were delivered and the chocolates were not delivered although paid for. Tried calling their contact centre *** and it never functions at all. Sent emails and messages on their online chat but no responses. Pathetic service!
