Terrible Service??? How about NO service

I placed an order this morning for same day delivery. This is the expectation created when the order was placed. I called at 17:10 today just to be told that delivery time is not guaranteed. It can be delivered anytime from 8am to 5:30pm. I asked what time tomorrow they can deliver and same story. Delivery is 8am to 5:30pm. So I then asked if it was very possible my order will again only go out after 5:30pm tomorrow again and the person answered yes. That is possible. The claim on the website say same day delivery, 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Does not seem like you guys live up to your promises. I needed this to go out today as timing is everything, and is very frustrating I could not convey my intended message.
