Terrible Service from Netflorisy

It's unfortunate there is no zero star rating. I ordered a parcel 2 parcels on 2 Oct 2020 to be delivered on 5 Oct 2020. Once driver delivered at the specified address, the other driver claims that he was told the recipient does not work at the company any more. Pearl called me and I asked that they deliver at home the same day but the driver refused, he said he doesn't service the area. Today is the 6th, the parcel has not been delivered. When I track on the Netflorist, it shows that my parcel has not even dispatched for delivery and this is midday, a day after the intended delivery date. The consultant (Nico) on the chat line is not being helpful.

Never again will I use Netflorist.
