Terrible service from Netflorist

This service i recieved was dissapointing honestly. From the products not being delivered on the date stipulated or the time arranged with the driver. The product was supposed to be delivered 30.07.2020 instead of rectifying the fact that it wasnt delivered on the correct day by doing it the following day you guys now want to deliver 2days later! how does that make any sense? But it doesnt stop there because i now want to cancel because of the appalling service i received and because the intended recipient is not available 2 days later Netflorist now wants to charge me the delivery fee and handling fee. I dont understand how they can want to charge all these for services that were not provided.

Netflorist definitely dissapointed and now they referri me to the terms and conditions that only appear after the payment is done and its to late to cancel. I would not recommend this place
