Terrible service from netflorist

To whom it may concern, I received a gift and for interest sake I vistited the site just to see what the cost was of this gift.

I've tried emailing netflorist countless times but to no avail. Certain flowers are brown around the edges. It's pathetic!!!

My fiance works in Congo and this is the third time I received a gift through netflorist sent by him.

I've attached the pictures of how horrible the cornations look in the basket compared to how they supposed to look. What upset me the most is that netflorist most likely doesn't expect to receive emails like this from gift receivers, I just feel it's totally unacceptable that this is what netflorist delivers to people.
