Terrible Service

First time using Netflorist and I’m extremely disappointed. At payment was told between 4pm and 7pm. I’ve been waiting and checking the website which said out for delivery, 3hrs later it had switched back to order just received and prepping order for delivery?! I’m still waiting , no response to emails with no ETA. It’s 830pm now
